Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while approving protective bail of PTI secretary general Suleman Akram Raja in more than 18 cases directed him to appear in the respective courts.The petition seeking details of cases registered against Suleman Akram Raja came up for hearing before CJ IHC Aamer Farooq Wednesday.Police filed the details of the cases registered against Suleman Akram Raja in the light of IHC orders. According to these details 18 cases are registered against Suleman Akram Raja.According to police report 10 cases are registered against Suleman Akram Raja in Islamabad, 6 in Lahore and 2 in Attock.The court approved protective bail of Suleman Akram Raja against surety bonds of Rs 10000 in every case.Counsel for Suleman Akram Raja said court should give us more time to appear in respective courts.The CJ IHC remarked request in connection with details of cases is made in your plea only. You should file petition for protective bail.The court inquired do you want protective b ail against the cases where they are registered.Counsel for Suleman Akram Raja said "grant us protective bail and we will appear in the respective court.The court while granting protective bail to Suleman Akram Raja directed him to appear in the respective courts.
