Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has said while giving observation during hearing of case with reference to appointment of judges that new bench will be constituted to hear judges appointment case.The constitutional bench further remarked that two members are part of this bench, therefore, it cannot hear this case.SC constitutional bench took up the case for hearing Wednesday.Justice Musarrat Hilali remarked two members of commission are part of this bench and how can they hear the case.Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked parliamentary committee returned it with objection. Then, did you go to judicial commission again. Commission proposes one name and it goes to parliamentary committee.Constitutional bench has adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period saying this case will be fixed for hearing in any other bench.
