Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered PTI leader Seemabia Tahir be not arrested in the case registered against her under PECA act.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro took up bail before arrest plea of Seemabia Tahir for hearing Wednesday.
Seemabia Tahir appeared in the court along with her lawyers during the hearing of the case.
The counsel for the petitioner took the plea FIA has registered case under PECA Act and it is feared his client will be arrested.
The court while approving interim bail plea of Seemabia Tahir till next hearing issued notice to FIA for filing reply.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till June 17.
