Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing the contempt of court case on campaign based on malafide intent against Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.A 7-member full bench presided over by Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq will hear the case on September 19.Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani, Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, Justice Babar Sattar, justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir, Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan and justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz are part of the bench.Full court bench of IHC had held first hearing of the case before summer vacations.Court has issued notice to Gharida Farooqi, Hassan Ayub and Ammar Solangi and sought reply from them IHC has already issued notice to PEMRA, PTA and DG FIA. The court has already ordered DG FIA, PEMRA and PTA to file reports within 4 weeks.The court had ordered to identify those behind launching character assassination campaign and sharing the material.
