Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while issuing notice to respondents on bail plea of Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder Imran Khan in Toshakhana-2 case has sought reply from them.Bail after arrest plea of Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case came up for hearing before Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Friday.The court while issuing notice ordered the respondents to file reply till next week.The counsel for Bushra Bibi took the plea Bushra Bibi is imprisoned in this case since July 13. Trial court had rejected bail plea of Bushra Bibi. It is requested to court to fix the bail plea for hearing again on next Monday.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked let the case run as usual. New date of next week will be given later.The court adjourned the hearing till next week.
