Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued written order on the petition in connection with release of PTI founder Imran Khan on parole.
Acting Chief Justice (ACJ) of IHC Sarfraz Dogar has issued order in respect of May 14 hearing of the petition seeking release of Imran Khan on parole.
According to orders high court has sought further assistance from the counsels of Ali Amin Gandapur.
IHC wrote in its decision certain facts have come to fore during writing of order. The counsels for the petitioner should assist the court on these facts. The proceedings is adjourned for indefinite period.
It is pertinent to mention here Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur had filed petition seeking release of Imran Khan on parole. Registrar office had raised objections over it.
The court has not removed registrar office objections on petition so far.
