ISLAMABAD:Petition has been filed in Supreme Court (SC) for establishment of Judicial Commission (JC) on the matter of letter by judges of Islamabad High Court (IHC).The petition was filed by Mian Daud advocate praying that high level JC be constituted to probe into allegations leveled in March 25 letter of judges.It has been further requested in the petition that stern action be taken against every one who is found involved in commission of misconduct in judicial commission inquiry report.The petitioner through the petition has requested SC to constitute empowered JC to conduct inquiry.
