IHC orders for not arresting , harassing PTI leaders before September 27 long march

Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered for not arresting and harassing PTI leaders before September 27 long march besides directing that Malik Amir Ali, Shoaib Shaheen and others be not harassed and arrested.

The court has directed SSP operation Islamabad to appear before it in person.

PTI leaders Shoaib Malik, Malik Amir Ali and others had resorted to court against their harassment.

Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas of IHC took up the case for hearing.

The counsels Shoaib Shaheen and Riasat Azad appeared in the court on behalf of Malik Amir Ali and others.

During the hearing of the case Shoaib Shaeen told the court arrests and raids have once again been started before long march. Raids are being conducted on the homes of PTI workers.

Shoaib Shaheen alleged luggage and money are stolen from homes during the raids.

Shoaib Shaheen said he is patient and he and his family are being harassed.

He further alleged that during the raids women, children and girls are lifted and taken away from homes and luggage and money are stolen. .

He told the court he is ready to provide CCTV footage and give affidavit in this regard.

Shoaib Shaheen requested the court to fix the date of case next week by issuing the order for not arresting and harassing PTI workers and leaders.

Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas said we call the SSP operations , ask from him and issue order too.

The court while directing SSP Operation Islamabad to appear in person before it besides restraining police from arresting and harassing Shoaib Shaheen, Malik Amir Ali and others.

Hearing of the case was adjourned.
