Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected protective bail of Suleman Akram Raja and his plea for provision of details of cases being in-fructuous.The counsel for the petitioner said court should give any observation due to which some protection could become available.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked come to my chamber and I will give so many observations on tea. You will have to remain a good child after this proceedings. I give direction to resort to respective courts of Lahore after granting protective bail.The petition of Suleman Akram Raja for protective bail and provision of details of cases came up for hearing Friday.Deputy Attorney General (DAG) said no case is registered in IHC against Suleman Akram Raja.State counsel Abdul Rehman said two cases are registered against him in Lahore.The counsel for the petitioner said case can be registered against Suleman Akram Raja and he can be arrested after hearing. The court should give this order that court be informed prior to registration of any case.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked you will have to live like a good child after this proceedings. I direct you to resort to courts of Lahore after granting bail.The counsel said these two are old cases and Suleman Akram Raja is on bail now a days.State counsel Abdual Rehman said there is no concept that the accused be told before registration of case.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked we hope the violation of law comes to end.
