Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought parawise comments from the respective authorities in PIMS tragedy inquiry and removal of Executive director from his office case.

The case came up for hearing on Monday. The reply could not be filed by the federation and other respondents.

Additional Attorney General (AAG) requested for more time for filing reply. The court accepted the plea.

Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar took up for hearing petitions filed by Nasir Azeem, Nasir A Mujahid and Dr Muhammad Iqbal.

AAG Rashid Hafiz and others appeared in the court on behalf of the federation.

The CJ IHC remarked the replies of the respondents have not been received so far.

AAG told inquiry has been completed nearly. The Prime Minister has to issue orders. Two to three weeks time be given. We will file complete report and reply.

The court while approving AAG plea directed to file parawise comments till next hearing.

The hearing of the case was adjourned for two weeks.
