Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has approved bail plea of employee of sensitive institution in murder case.

A two members bench of SC presided over by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail took up the case for hearing Monday.

Rizwan Abbasi counsel for the accused took the plea neither the accused was present on the occasion nor has he any role in the murder. The accused is not named in FIR.

The state counsel told the court the accused Ayyaz is employee in sensitive department (Atomic Energy Commission).

According to counsel the accused shifted the accused persons to government vehicle after murder. The vehicle which was under the use of the accused has been taken into possession. The accused was in contact with other accused persons at the time of murder.
