ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought reply from Islamabad policy about custody of PTI leaders Maleeka Bukhari and Ali Muhammad Khan.

The petition against re-arresting Maleeka Bukhari and Ali Muhammad Khan came up for hearing before IHC Monday.

Islamabad police expressed ignorance about both of these PTI leaders.

Federal police said it is not known to them these two are kept under whose custody.

Taimore Malik counsel said these two PTI leaders were kept in custody under MPO. Reply be sought from Islamabad police that who arrested both of them after their release.

The counsel requested that opportunity be given to meet both Ali Muhammad Khan and Maleeka Bukhari if they are kept in Adiala jail.

The court sought reply from Islamabad police in connection with custody of Maleeka Bukhari and Ali Muhammad Khan.
