Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned in person defence secretary, interior secretary, Director General (DG) FIA and Inspector General (IG) police Islamabad in connection with petition for recovery of two missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani, PTI social media incharge.The petition filed by father of Azhar Mashwani came up for hearing before Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Tuesday.The counsels Sardar Masroof, Amna Ali and Murtaza Toori appeared in the court.Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Azmat Bashir Tarar told the court the report of defence ministry and interior ministry has already been filed.According to security agencies report nothing is known about professor Mazhar ul Hassan and Professor Zahoor ul Hassan brother of Azhar Mashwani who are missing since June 6.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb while expressing resentment over non recovery of both of the brothers remarked "I will now initiate contempt of court proceedings against all respondents.Later the court while summoning d efence secretary, interior secretary, IG Islamabad and DG FIA in person remarked give reply as to why contempt of court proceedings be not initiated.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 15.
