Lahore: Anti Corruption Court (ACC) has accepted one day exemption plea of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in illegal appointments in Punjab Assembly (PA) case. The exemption plea was filed by counsel for Pervaiz Elahi. The counsel also presented medical report in respect of Pervaiz Elahi in the court. Judge Javed Iqbal Warraich of Anti Corruption Court heard the case Thursday. Muhammad Khan Bhatti and other accused persons appeared in the court. The court has summoned all accused persons including Pervaiz Elahi for indictment on next hearing. The hearing of the case was adjourned till November 27.
