Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to state and sought reply on miscellaneous petitions filed by Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha seeking early fixation of their petitions regarding suspension of their sentence in controversial tweets case.
Justice Azam Khan has remarked we are issuing notice . We hear the other respondent. Representative of European Union (EU) who had come to review court's proceedings was not allowed to enter into IHC.

The court while issuing notice to state remarked we are issuing notice. We hear the other respondent too. Faisal Siddiqui counsel for Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha requested the court to fix the case for hearing on Monday. If other respondent seeks adjournment we will not raise objection.
Justice Azam Khan remarked we are fixing the case on first working day after Eid. Your fate is such what can I do.
Riasat Ali Azad advocate took the plea both of the lawyers are respected members of our bar. Please fix the case on Monday.
Justice Azam Khan said I see what cases are with us on Monday.

The court while issuing notice to the state adjourned the hearing of the case.
On the other side representative of EU came to high court on yesterday and today (Wednesday) to review court's proceedings . The representative was not allowed to enter into court on both days. He was returned from gate of high court on both days.
