Islamabad: District and Session Courts Islamabad has indicted Imaan Mazari and her husband Hadi Ali Chatha in controversial tweet case. Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka heard the case Thursday.

Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha pleaded not guilty. All the prosecution witnesses have been called on next hearing. Hadi Ali Chatha has been ordered to file bail bonds again.

Hadi Ali Chatha said he will not fill bail bonds. If you have to keep me in jail for a year then ” keep me in jail”. Imaan Mazari said my bail be too got cancelled if you want to get arrest us. Defence counsel Qaisar Imam said he has to appear in other cases as well. Some time in high court and some time in Rawalpindi.

Judge Afzal Majoka remarked I adjourned the hearing of the case for third time due to this reason at their behest.
