Islamabad: Federal Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry has said federal government is considering option for imposition of emergency in KP , however final decision in this regard will be taken after consultation.

He said this while talking to media men in parliament house Monday.

He held that the basic reasons for failure in talks are opposition being not empowered and clear difference between the priorities of the parties. There was good opportunity for opposition to end chaos . But opposition delegation was fully powerless. All the powers rested with KP government.

Opposition delegation was saying good things in the talks but it wielded no powers for making practical decisions.

The second major cause for failure in dialogue is difference in priorities. The priorities of government are protection of state and elimination of terrorism. While opposition priorities kept on revolving around politics and PTI founder.

He alleged KP government was not cooperating with federal government on the matter of eradication of terrorism. Chief Minister KP is not extending requisite cooperation to security agencies.
