Lahore: Imposition of section 144 in Rawalpindi, Jhelum and Attock has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC).The petitioner Malik Naji Ullah has taken plea in the miscellaneous petition filed by him imposing section 144 all over Punjab including Rawalpindi is illegal.It has been said in the petition that whenever PTI gives call for public meeting or protest, section 144 is imposed.The petitioner has requested the court to nullify the notification regarding imposition of section 144 in Punjab.It is pertinent to mention here Punjab government had imposed section 144 in Rawalpindi division for two days.
