Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has summoned the counsels for final arguments in writer Khalil ur Rehman Honey Trap case.Judge Arshid Javed of ATC Lahore took up for hearing the bail plea of the accused Mamnoon Haider who has kidnapped Khalil ur Rehman Qamar through honey trap.The counsel for the accused requested to adjourn the hearing.The court adjourned the hearing till October 5 due to pre-occupation of the counsel.The petitioner took the plea he has nothing to do with Khalil ur Rehman honey trap case. He was involved in the case being friend of the accused persons. Police have not presented solid evidence so far. Keeping the applicant in jail without any evidence is violation of basic human rights. Court is requested to accept bail plea of accused and issue order for his releaseThe court summoned the counsels of the case for final arguments.
