Islamabad: PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali has said PTI founder has said he will not come out from jail under any deal at any cost.

Talking to media men here Thursday he said all the cases instituted against PTI founder are politically motivated and bogus. Earlier 300 cases were instituted against Imran Khan. Sentence of 45 years was awarded to him. PTI founder lives in the hearts of people.

He held Imran Khan is innocent. He should be released at every cost. His case should be fixed for hearing on 5. There should be case of Imran Khan in the list.

He stated chief justice had met by himself. Release will be made after hearing of the case. It is hoped date for hearing PTI founder case will be fixed.

Suleman Akram Raja said on the occasion that all 13 judges termed wrong decisions of election commission wrong.

He said Election Commission, PML-N and PPP are standing against decision of 8 judges today. PTI has won reserved seats.

He added reserved seats cannot be given to other parties as spoil.

He remarked 8 judges said we will not allow people to suffer due to the mistakes committed by election commission. Election commission did not discharge its constitutional obligation. The constitutional obligation was this fair and transparent election should be conducted.

The wrong decisions of election commission have been described as wrong by all 13 judges. 8 judges said election commission failed in discharging its obligations. There were several decisions of election commission which led to create ambiguity.
