Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has extended interim bail of Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder till May 20 in November 26 protest related cases.
Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC Rawalpindi took up for hearing petitions filed by Bushra Bibi for interim bail in 29 cases related to November 26 protest Tuesday.
All investigation officers were present in the court on the occasion of hearing.
Prosecutor Syed Zaheer Shah presented record from the side of prosecution.
Faisal Malik counsel for Bushra Bibi requested the court to include his client in investigation of all cases.
Judge Amjid Ali Shah accepted the plea for including Bushra Bibi in the investigation of all cases.
The court ordered that the accused be included in investigation in the presence of her husband Imran Khan and legal team.
