Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has extended interim bail of Shah Mehmood Qureshi in two cases related to May 9 incident. The two cases related to May 9 incident came up for hearing in ATC Lahore. The court has ordered prosecution to present complete record of the cases.

Rana Mudassar Omar advocate appeared on behalf of Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the court. However no considerable progress could be made in the case due to transfer of ATC judge Arshid Javed.

As per sources Shah Mehmood Qureshi was not presented by jail authorities. It is pertinent to mention here his interim bail petitions were restored under the order of Lahore High Court (LHC). These cases were registered in connection with incidents related to Gulberg police station and Jinnah House. Investigation into violent incidents of May 9 is underway.
