Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has extended interim bail of Sher Afzal Marwat till April 29 in November 26 protest case.

judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of ATC remarked there are several accused persons in November 26 protest case. The mind of court can become disclosed due to bail of any one among them.

He gave these remarks during hearing of bail plea of Sher Afzal Marwat in November 26 protest case.

The court extended interim bail of Sher Afzal Marwat till April 29.

Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain remarked there are 50 accused in every FIA. Investigation has not been completed so far. We dealt with bail after arrest with difficulty.

Sher Afzal Marwat told the court over 17 FIRs are registered against him. The court has to decide about bail plea within one week as per law.

He further said may the court announce decision or dismiss the bail pleas I bring the direction from high court. It will become easy for you.

The court extended interim bail of Sher Afzal Marwat till April 29.

Case against Sher Afzal Marwat is registered in police station Secretariat.
