Islamabad: Tension overtook National Assembly (NA) session in perspective of prevailing political and constitutional situation in the country Tuesday.

PTI MNA Latif Khosa while expressing his resentment and concern over suicide attack in Islamabad Kutchery said " Blood bathed bodies are lying in Kutchery. Provocative speeches were delivered in the house a day before against black coat. Is today's tragedy outcome of yesterday's provocation.

He pointed out Quaid-e-Azam too wore black coat. But bitter language was used against the legal fraternity a day before.

What action will be taken against the minister who used provocative language against the lawyers.

Talking on government mandate he said government which is by product of form 47 is not real representative of people. It should not have mandate to make amendment in the constitution.

Ruckus and sloganeering was witnessed in the house.

State Minister Bilal Azhar Kayani said 27th constitutional amendment bill was first approved by the cabinet. Then joint committee of both the houses was constituted. Opposition did not participate in committee meetings and kept itself isolated from democratic process.

This opposition used to say earlier that what the man sitting in jail says is constitution. Today it is raising objection over constitutional amendment
