New york: The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar arrived in New York to participate in High-level meeting of United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on "Practicing Multilateralism: Reforming and Improving Global Governance" scheduled for 18 February 2025.

According to FO, at the airport he was received by Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the UN, Ambassador Munir Akra, Alternate Permanent Representative to the UN, Ambassador Asim Ifitkhar and Consul General in New York Amir Atozai.
