Moscow: Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar has departed Russia after leading Pakistan's delegation at the SCO Council of Heads of Government meeting held from 17-18 November 2025.

Ishaq Dar expressed gratitude to the host government for its warm hospitality and the successful organization of the meeting. He also appreciated the support extended by the Embassy of Pakistan in Moscow and the teams in Foreign Office in facilitating his visit.
