Islamabad: Pakistan's Ambassador-designate to Japan, Abdul Hameed Bhutta on Monday paid a farewell call on Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
Ishaq Dar congratulated Ambassador designate on his new assignment and conveyed his best wishes for a successful tenure. He emphasized the importance of further expanding Pakistan-Japan bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, IT, and industrial cooperation.
Ishaq Dar also advised to extend all possible support to the Pakistani diaspora in Japan, with a focus on enhancing consular services and ensuring the welfare of the community.
