Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Saturday held a telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of Iran, Abbas Araghchi.

The two ministers discussed recent regional developments, particularly in Gaza and Palestine.

They also exchanged views on the joint efforts of Muslim countries to promote peace and stability in the region, as well as on the upcoming summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
