Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has made telephonic contact with EU High Representative Kaja Kallas Both Pakistan and EU welcomed the progress achieved through persistent diplomatic contacts in connection with reconciliation between US and Iran. The two leaders expressed hope for durable reconciliation and peaceful resolution of conflict soon.

According to Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson EU High Representative Kaja Kallas and Ishaq Dar reiterated support for talks and diplomacy for resolution of conflicts saying talks and diplomacy are the only effective means for resolution of disputes and durable peace and stability.
