Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar has reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations with Belarus.
Ishaq Dar was talking to head of the Belarusian delegation, Member of Parliament and former Foreign Minister of Belarus, Sergei Aleinik, on the sidelines of the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers' Conference in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The Deputy Prime Minister appreciated Sergei Aleinik's participation in the Conference. He also underscored the longstanding friendship and cooperative ties between Pakistan and Belarus.
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar also held a meeting with member of the Federal National Council of the UAE, Ahmed Mir Hashim Khoori, on sidelines of Inter-Parliamentary Speakers' Conference in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The Deputy Prime Minister appreciated Ahmed Mir Hashim Khoori participation and the positive momentum in Pakistan-UAE fraternal relations.
Ishaq Dar reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to further strengthening cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
Meanwhile Ishaq Dar met Dr. Mohammed Taha Al-Ahmad, Chairman of the Supreme Elections Commission of Syria, on the sidelines of Inter Parliamentary Speakers Conference 2025.
Reaffirming Pakistan's solidarity with the Syrian people and the deep-rooted ties between the two brotherly countries, the DPM/FM expressed hope to further enhance bilateral cooperation.
