Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spoke with Foreign Minister of Mauritania Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug and discussed bilateral and multilateral matters of mutual interest.

During the conversation, Ishaq Dar reaffirmed the strong and longstanding relationship between Pakistan and Mauritania.

The deputy prime minister and foreign minister expressed Pakistan's commitment to further strengthening bilateral ties and enhancing cooperation in areas of shared interest.

Both sides also exchanged views on matters concerning bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
