Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar received a call from the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister of UAE, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The two leaders discussed the evolving regional situation in the wake of Israel's military strikes against the Islamic Republic of Iran. They expressed deep concern over the escalating tensions and underscored the urgent need to support efforts for ensuring regional peace and stability.
Meanwhile High Commissioner of Bangladesh Md. Iqbal Hussain Khan on Tuesday called on Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
The DPM/FM underscored the importance Pakistan attaches to its brotherly relations with Bangladesh. Appreciating the positive trajectory of bilateral ties, he emphasized the need to further expand cooperation- especially in trade, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.
Meanwhile the Ambassador of Spain, Jose Antonio de Ory on Tuesday called on Ishaq Dar.
The DPM/FM appreciated the positive trajectory of Pakistan-Spain bilateral relations across diverse fields, as well as cooperation at multilateral fora. The two also exchanged views on regional and global developments.
