Lahore: Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has reacted to the martyrdom of Iranian security chief Dr Ali Larijani in an Israeli attack, stating that Israel and the United States are attempting to create a hollow impression of victory but will ultimately face defeat.

In a statement posted on social media platform X, the JI chief described Dr Larijani as a philosopher, politician, diplomat, and a skilled negotiator.

He said Israel and the United States were trying to eliminate Iranian leadership to project a false sense of success. However, he expressed confidence that satanic forces would be defeated in Iran, and that the dream of the liberation of Jerusalem would eventually be realized.

Hafiz Naeemur Rehman emphasized that Muslim countries must overcome internal divisions and unite against their real adversaries.
