Islamabad: Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has said Jinnah Medical Complex (JMC) will soon be completed due to joint efforts of all of us.

JMC board met under PM Shehbaz Sharif and he was given briefing on the project of the hospital.

PM thanked Agha Khan Foundation for providing technical cooperation during different phases of construction of JMC.

He directed pace of work be accelerated in all proposed centers of treatment of JMC.

He hoped JMC will soon be completed due to joint efforts of all of us. This project will be an ideal project of health not only for Pakistan but also for the entire region.

PM was given briefing that work is underway on fast track basis not only on providing health services but also for provision of facilities required in connection with health, training of international standard, education and research. Artificial intelligence , research will be used through modern technology to bring JMC at par with international standard.

JMC board thanked PM for continuous cooperation and guidance in all the phases of construction of JMC.

Members of board and senior officials of the respective institutions were present in the meeting.
