Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved bail after arrest plea of 96 accused persons including former Senator Mushtaq Hussain in the case registered against them in connection with protest demonstration on Kashmir.

Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of ATC took up the case for hearing.

State counsel Raja Navid Hussain Kiyani appeared in the court. Sardar Masroof, Zahid Bashir Dar and Aamna Ali represented the accused persons.

The court approved bail pleas against surety bonds worth Rs 5000 each.

Bail pleas of former senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, Razi Tahir and others were approved.

Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain remarked what has happened in Islamabad High Court. I was waiting. Don't come late.

Police have registered case in Police station Shalimar under terrorism clauses.

Demonstration in connection with Kashmir was held in sector F-10 Islamabad.
