Rawalpindi:A division bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) comprising Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf has remanded back the case after hearing appeal pleas against sentences in kidnapping and murder case of Pakistani American lady Wajih Farooq Swati.After hearing the arguments of counsels for the respondents the learned bench has sent back the case to sessions court for hearing it afresh.Rizwan Habib husband of victim lady , her father in law Hurriyat Ullah and their driver Sultan Ahmad while challenging the decision of subordinate court in high court had taken the plea that norms of justice have not been met in this case. Therefore, the court should annul the decision of subordinate court besides issuing the orders of release.
