Latif Khosa writes letter to CJP , expresses concern over health condition of PTI founder

Islamabad: Latif Khosa counsel for PTI founder has written a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi expressing concern over health condition of PTI founder.

It has been demanded in the letter medical reports of PTI founder be provided and his personal doctors Dr Faisal and Dr Asim be allowed to conduct medical check up of Imran Khan. Order be issued to shift PTI founder to Alshifa Hospital for better treatment.

Latif Khosa took the plea in the letter deteriorating health of PTI founder is matter of grave concern for family members and people. He was denied basic health facilities during his ailment too. His medical check up was conducted on court's orders but his family members were kept ignorant about it.

The counsel rejected this claim that family members and party leadership were called at the time of medical check up but they did not come.

Latif Khosa took the plea secret medical check up without informing family members gives rise to several apprehensions. Keeping the family members out of process of medical check up is causing unrest and suspicions.

The court has been requested to take notice of the matter besides ensuring provision of transparent medical facilities
