Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) while rejecting the plea for further physical remand of PTI MNA, Shafqat Awan and others has sent them to jail on judicial remand.

As per media reports, the case against PTI leader related to firing on police and altercation came up for hearing in ATC Islamabad Monday. Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain heard the case.

PTI MNA Shafqat Awan and others appeared in the court.

The court ordered to send the accused to jail on judicial remand.

Police had requested court for 7 days physical remand of the accused.

The court rejected the pea for 7 days physical remand.

The court ordered to present the accused before it on March 2 on completion of judicial remand.

Case is registered against the PTI leaders and workers in police station secretariat.
