Legal heirs demand for making JC inquiry report public in Mir Raza case

KARACHI:Legal heirs in Mir Raza case have demanded that the Judicial Commission (JC) inquiry report be made public.

Talking to media men Jibran Nasir, counsel for Mir Raza said we are waiting for Sindh cabinet decision.

The legal heirs are repeating the demand for constitution of JIT by rejecting Supreme Medical Board. They want to know why the police are not investigating into the matter of murder.

Jibran Nasir while declaring the role of Ahmad Bharda and Ali Shaz suspicious raised the question how it was known to the partner of Mir Raza that he would not return.

If inquiry report is not made public then JC proceedings will prove only a drama.
