KARACHI:Non bailable arrest warrants of the accused Dania Shah has been issued in Aamir Liaqat indecent video case.

Judicial Magistrate East issued non- bailable arrest warrants of accused Dania Shah in the case of making viral indecent videos of late Aamir Liaqat.

During the hearing of the case Liaqat Gabol, counsel for the accused took the plea Dania Shah is unwell, therefore she cannot appear.

He assured the court the accused will be presented before next hearing.

The court rejected exemption from attendance plea of the accused Dania Shah during the hearing of the case.

The court while expressing displeasure over absence of Daniya Shah ordered the police to arrest and present the accused.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 28.

It is pertinent to mention here the Cyber Crime had registered case against Dania Shah on the report of daughter of late Aamir Liaqat Ali under the charges of making indecent video viral.

Legal proceedings in this regard is underway in the court.
