Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has fixed for hearing plea with objection from PTI leader Hassaan Niazi for obtaining details with reference to sentence awarded by military court.

A two members bench of LHC under Justice Shahbaz Rizvi will hear on September 23, the objection petition filed by PTI leader Hassaan Niazi for obtaining details in regard to punishment awarded by military court.

As per media reports the court has ordered counsel for federal government to get instructions and appear before it.

Registrar office had taken plea initially that the petitioner has not resorted to proper forum , However matter has been fixed for hearing now.
