Lahore: Petition has been filed in Lahore High Court (LHC) against chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and National Assembly (NA) speaker Sardar Ayyaz Sadiq for violating Election Act.Election Commission, Bilawal Bhutto and Sardar Ayyaz Sadiq have been made respondents in the petition.The petitioner took the plea Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was elected member of NA on the ticket of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians. Bilawal Bhutto is chairman PPP too.it has been said in the petition Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians and PPP are two separate political parties. Election Act-2017 is being violated.A letter was written to NA speaker on November 01 regarding this violation by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. Bilawal Bhutto can be disqualified on this violation.The petitioner requested the court to issue order for taking action against the respective respondents for violating Election Act-2017.
