Lahore: Justice Ahmad Nadim Arshid of Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered commissioner Khushab to decide within 30 days the petitions filed against including land in Punjab government Apna Khait, Apna Rozgar Scheme.

As per media reports, Shafqat Ahmad took the plea that the petitioners are cultivating land since the last several years. Petitioners are facing great difficulty due to inclusion of land in government scheme. These lands have already been included by the government in another scheme. As per law these lands cannot be included again in some other scheme.
