Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed the miscellaneous petition related to implementation of decision on reserved seats be fixed for hearing along with the central petition.Justice Rahil Kamran Sheikh of LHC heard the petition filed by citizen Munir Ahmad.The court while ordering to fix for hearing the miscellaneous petition along with the central petition adjourned the hearing till September 27.The petitioner has taken plea that clarified decision of 8-member bench of Supreme Court has come with reference to reserved seats case but the decision has not been implemented so far. Letters have been issued to speakers of all the four provincial assemblies. The reserved seats have not been given to PTI so far.The petitioner requested the court to order for implementation of decision related to reserved seats besides giving reserved seats to PTI.
