Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has recommended to constitute larger bench in connection with petitions pertaining to PTI public meeting in Lahore.PTI petitions pertaining to Lahore public meeting came up for hearing before LHC Thursday.Justice Farooq Haider of LHC heard the petitions filed by Aliya Hamza and others.During the hearing of the case justice Farooq Haider remarked these files will be sent to chief justice within 10 minutes. This is matter of public interest. Its constitutional interpretation is must. This matter be settled once. We are sending all the petitions pertaining to permission of public meeting and stopping the public meeting to chief justice.Justice Farooq Haider while addressing the counsel said " you say you held public meeting in Islamabad. According to you holding public meeting is your constitutional right but grave allegations were leveled against you.Counsel Ishtiaq Chaudhry requested the court to fix the case for hearing today.Later the court recommended to con stitute larger bench on the petitions.
