Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has reserved judgment on maintainability of PTI founder Imran Khan petition against defamation claim by Prime Minister (PM) Shebaz Sharif.Petition filed by Imran Khan against PM Shehbaz Sharif defamation claim came up for hearing before Justice Iqbal Chaudhry of LHC Monday.PTI founder has challenged the decision of court hearing defamation claim against him.The petition said under law who files defamation claim has to appear in the court in person in connection with statement. Trial court has rejected the objection regarding appearance of Shehbaz Sharif in person.It was requested in the petition that decision of trial court for not summoning Shehbaz Sharif in person be nullified.The court reserved judgment on maintainability of Imran Khan petition.
