Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought reply from federation and others on the petition seeking improvement in speed of internet all over the country.The petition came up for hearing in LHC Wednesday.Justice Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal heard the miscellaneous petition filed by Judicial Activism Panel (JAP).The JAP through petition has prayed the court to issue order for enhancing the speed of internet and lifting of ban on Virtual Private Network (VPN).The petitioner has taken the plea that as per world population review Pakistan stands at 198 number with regard to internet speed. The problems facing Pakistanis due to this slow speed can be judged.The court was requested to issue order to the concerned authorities for improving speed of internet and lifting ban on VPN.The court sought reply from federal government and others on the petition.
