LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) while hearing the petition filed by Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) against not giving reserved seats to them has summoned Attorney General (AG) and Additional Attorney General (AAG).The hearing of the case has been adjourned.The state counsel while giving arguments during the hearing of the case said a petition like this has been filed in Peshawar High Court (PHC) too. Judgment on it is reserved.The counsel for SIC requested the court to hear the AG too. He is also respondent in this case.The court maintained this case will be fixed for hearing within two or three days this week. Court will summon reply on next hearing. Arguments will also be given.The counsel for SIC said we had filed petition from the very first day that larger bench should be constituted on this matter.
