Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has suspended the decision on dismissal of pro -vice chancellor of university of education Lahore.Justice Ahmad Nadim Arshid of LHC took up the case for hearing Friday.Malik Owais Khalid Advocate gave arguments on behalf of the petitioner.The court reinstated Dr Alam Saeed pro vice chancellor of University of Education Lahore on his post.The petitioner took the plea pro vice chancellor Dr Alam Saeed was appointed for three years. Punjab government removed him from his office 2 years before completion of his term without issuing notice.The petitioner requested the court through petition this step of Punjab government runs contrary to law and constitution. Court is requested to declare this step of government null and void.
