Islamabad: Muslim League (N) central leader and former deputy mayor of Islamabad Syed Zeeshan Ali Naqvi has said that Margalla Avenue will be an important milestone in the country's development.

During an exclusive conversation with Online, former Deputy Mayor of Islamabad Syed Zeeshan Ali Naqvi said that ShahAllah Ditta is a historical village and it is the route of Alexander the Great and the abode of great saints including Pir Bakhri Sarkar where thousands of years old. Buddha cave, a garden and a well with stairs, which are a source of interest for tourists.
The construction of this interchange will directly benefit thousands of residents of dozens of villages on a daily basis.
He said that 80% of the work on the road from ShahAllah Ditta to Khanpur has been completed. CDA has also completed work on the trail from the Buddha Caves to the Buddha Stupa.
Apart from this, the access of tourists to Bhamala Stupa and Khanpur Dam will also be easy. He further said that we are grateful of government for the time they sanctioned a girls degree college and an intermediate boys college for ShahAllah Ditta. Apart from this, a special metro bus service will also run from Shah Allah Ditta to G-10, which will create ease of travel for the residents of the area, especially women.
